Have a server configured remotely with vicidial fully configured. Your outbound and inbound campaigns will be fully setup with 4 basic template campaigns. These will include 1. Outbound ratio dial – dial mode in which you can assign multiple lines per agent and take use of the “hunt for live person” features of the dialer. You won't hear the phone ringing as the system will dial and seek to transfer only live people through to your agents. 2. Manual Dial – Allow your agents to have more full control over the dialing speed and general dialing of the system where they click to call next number, 1 at a time. 3. Inbound campaigns – Once you provide us with your inbound DIDs (inbound phone number), we'll setup the diale so that you can have inbound and outbound campaigns running concurrently. Your inbound campaigns and calls will be given priority so that calls that come through your inbound lines will be routed rapidly and intelligently to available callers. 4. Closer campaigns – this will allow for any lead generators or sales people to transfer calls to agents which are specifically marked off as closers. Once the closer receives a call, any information the lead generators or other sales people typed will show up on the closer's screens. There are also multiple choices for types of transfers such as blind transfer or assisted transfer.
